Two different characters who share the same passion; together, Margriet Brink and Rick Schram are the face of Baldr & Frigg. We have gathered our broad professional expertise and many years of practical experience in various corporate sectors, the government and non-profit sector. With a great deal of passion, we contribute to solving complex questions regarding human behaviour and organisational results. Questions that often arise within a particular context that demands change, adaptability and agility. Following our expansive practical experience, we know what these situations demand from individual employees, teams and organisations. We support boardrooms and managers in our role as sparring partner, advisor, coach, facilitator and expert. On top of this, we supplement and strengthen each other.
We find our professional soundboard in our expansive (international) network of experienced colleagues. Additionally, we cooperate with selected specialists of various adjoining disciplines, whose professional perspective can be of added value to our clients.

Much of my drive flows forth from my motivation to challenge and develop myself and others. I have gained expansive practical experience since 1992 in my role as labour and organisation psychologist. This experience has grown out of my strong interest for the interplay between people and organisations, and the goal of finding a synergy in which they strengthen each other. On top of that, I am challenged by the question of how to break through existing patterns in people and organisations, and how to create permanent changes. All this has shaped my practical experience as advisor, (executive) coach and supervisor, in the corporate, government and non-profit sector.

The behaviour of people and the manner in which others can influence this behaviour interests me in the broadest sense. This interaction makes it so that people spend time with one another, communicate and live together. The corporate (working) environment gives me the opportunity to work on specific questions surrounding sustainable employability, growth and development and effective collaboration between people in organisations. My understanding of these areas has been developed by combining the social sciences with business administration and communication. Together with my expansive practical experience, this has shaped and provided content to my expertise.
